What is coaching?

Coaching is a unique co-creative relationship between the coach and the client designed to maximize the client’s potential and produce significant results.

What do you do as a coach?

I listen openly and actively, respond and ask questions that help you clarify your vision and goals and explore your own wisdom, offer different perspectives, help you find your pathway to success and stay true to your goals, hold you accountable for what you say you will do, offer support and encouragement. My coaching is empathetic and intuitive.


How is coaching different from counseling or consulting?


As your coach, I don’t diagnose or treat anything. I don’t give you legal, financial, medical, or nutritional advice. Although I may offer suggestions, I don’t provide you with cookie-cutter solutions. My goal is to help you uncover and embrace your own wisdom and resources you need to succeed and create a better life for yourself.


Who are your typical clients?


Many of my clients are busy professionals, who take a good care of their clients, families, and businesses but may feel that they don’t have enough time to take care of their own needs. They realize that their health and well-being are very important, but they may not know how to go about creating a long-lasting change in their lifestyle. Their competing priorities may be in the way of their self-care.

We push the boundaries of what's possible by focusing on the mindset, reflection, insights, positive thinking, and consistent action.


Who would NOT be a good candidate for your coaching program?


My coaching doesn’t include any medical or nutritional recommendations. You may want to consult a nutritionist, a health care professional and/or a personal trainer if you need that type of advice, and I will be happy to support you in the program you are following.


My program is not for somebody who looks for quick temporary fixes.


Coaching will not work for you if you are not willing to work for your results.


What does your coaching program include?


I help busy professionals build healthier life habits by developing a wellness mindset and a custom blueprint for positive change.

If you want to learn self-care, better manage your personal energy, develop healthier eating habits, and increase your wellness and vitality, my coaching program can help you get there. You will open your VALVE of Happiness. The VALVE is a code that stands for:

  1. Vision. You will clarify the vision of where you want to be and what you want to create in your life. You will make it strong and enticing enough to overcome your fears and doubts.
  2. Attitude. You will develop the mindset you need to follow through with your plan and succeed. You will discover new ways of thinking and perceiving. You will make it impossible to go back to the old unhealthy habits.
  3. Learning. You will identify what you need to learn in order to develop your new identity and your new lifestyle. You will learn to get out of your comfort zone because it is a prerequisite for change. You will learn to listen to your body and manage emotions. You will learn to deal with setbacks. You will learn to take small steps that lead to big transformations.
  4. Values. You will zero in on your core values. You will align your plan of action with your values, goals and strengths.
  5. Energy. You will direct your energy and effort to new patterns of thinking and new behaviors. You will manage your energy effectively to sustain long-lasting change.
    How do we work together?

    We will have our coaching sessions over the phone. After we clarify your overall vision and goals, we will focus each session on a specific topic or issue of your choice. Together, we will uncover the most direct pathway from where you are to where you want to be, identify the actual and potential barriers, develop strategies for overcoming the obstacles and a plan to keep us on target. You will be able to communicate with me through e-mail in between the sessions. I will also provide you with additional materials as appropriate.

    How long is your coaching program and how is it structured?

    “Ready, Set, Go” Package:

    • 1 50-minute phone session;
    • 4 follow-up emails;
    • Welcome package;
    • Exercises, assessments, tools, and reading material as appropriate.

    “Open Your VALVE of Happiness” Intake Session:

    This intake session is recommended prior to all monthly programs to set a stage for a successful coaching relationship. During this longer session, we clarify your vision, and goals, define benchmarks for the coaching program, identify any potential obstacles or barriers to the coaching progress.

    • 1 1½-hour session;
    • Welcome package;
    • Exercises, assessments, tools, and reading material as appropriate.

    “Empowerment” Package:

    • 2 50-minute phone sessions per month;
    • Unlimited email support;
    • Occasional 10-15-minute phone calls, not to exceed 2 per month;
    • Welcome package;
    • Exercises, assessments, tools, and reading material as appropriate.

    “Supercharge Your Life” Package:

    • 3 50-minute phone sessions per month;
    • Unlimited email support;
    • Occasional 10-15-minute phone calls, not to exceed 2 per month;
    • Welcome package;
    • Exercises, assessments, tools, and reading material as appropriate.

    “La Dolce Vita” Package:

    This is a powerful 3-month-long program for lasting change that offers a great value to clients, including:

    • 9 50-minute phone sessions: 3 50-minute phone sessions per month for 3 months;
    • Unlimited email support;
    • Occasional 10-15-minute phone calls, not to exceed 2 per month;
    • Welcome package;
    • Exercises, assessments, tools, and reading material as appropriate.

    “The Self-Help Book” Package:

    The Self-Help Book Muse will help you create a life that is book-worthy by clarifying your life vision and building a custom blueprint for positive change, all of which will be memorialized in a self-help book written just for you. This is a 6-month-long program.


    The Self-Help Book Package includes:

    • 18 50-minute phone sessions: 3 50-minute phone sessions per month for 6 months;
    • Unlimited email support;
    • Occasional 10-15-minute phone calls, not to exceed 2 per month;
    • Welcome package;
    • Exercises, assessments, tools, and reading material as appropriate;
    • Your printed custom self-help book created just for you.

    Here’s what you can expect to find in Your Self-Help Book:
